While digital transformation is largely seen as a way of using technology to complete existing tasks more efficiently, its actually much more than that! Aimed at maximizing competencies around agility, people-orientation, customer-eccentricity and efficiency- the technological innovations just happen along the way. Remember to start with a business case first and then work backwards to find relevant technology that can help you solve the chosen case.
