Prince Harry‘s book Spare has become the fastest-selling non-fiction book of all times!
I haven’t read it yet, but the recent controversies about the book has made me think if it is fair to:
- put out your family secrets in the open with the only aim of making money
- play the victim card and portray as if the entire universe has been conspiring against you while you just sat and did nothing!
- use your dead mother’s name in an attempt to form emotional connection with public
- fighting for racism against your wife but remain indifferent to countless others who face it every day
While I am not in a position to validate or invalidate his story, I am definitely not a fan of the way he and Meghan have suddenly come out to demean their own family via this book, Netflix documentary and other interviews!
Having said that I do understand that both Harry and Meghan Markle have to provide for the family in millions of pounds but I wonder if royal family secrets is the only sellable skill they have??
