What else other than likeability can explain another phenomenal victory of BJP in the last Lok Sabha elections.
Without getting into politics of who did what and how well, Modi stands out. You can love him or hate him, but you can’t ignore him.

- If you want to be a great leader, be a good speaker
- Form an emotional connect
- Be relatable
- Show people optimism, hope and positivity
