Considering the life-style choices that millennials are making by either swiping left or right, need of the hour is that they receive similar experience while looking out for a dream job too. Taking this into account, a Bangalore-based couple has launched Spotle– an AI powered career network for jobseekers and recruiters.

Spotle is a proprietary software, which uses an intuitive swipe mobile interface to throw only selected job opportunities to users. The relevant selection is considered to be the one that matches applicant’s career aspirations and potential. For recruiting companies, Spotle delivers the most relevant candidate matches, saving their time and effort in finding the right fit. Spotle is revolutionizing the recruitment industry by making us move away from search-based recruitment into one that’s based on recommendations.

As a job-seeker: Once you provide your details and log-in, the tool first analyzes your past and current career graph. Thereafter, it compares your data to that of several others in order to plot a potential future career map for you. All that you have to do is to seamlessly swipe through relevant opportunities recommended by AI, match with the ones you like, connect on chat with recruiters, and take the conversation forward. The system records and learns from your choices and refines the results thrown at you every time.

As an employer: The benefits include analysis of hiring goals and industry data to calculate demand forecasts. It then finds the most relevant candidates based on that data. By making the candidate finding process more dynamic, it eliminates the need of browsing through thousands of CVs. The corporate or employer needs to sign up on the Spotle website and give specifications on the type of talent they want. The AI engine trawls the database of talent registered on its platform.

Once the first-level of shortlisting is achieved, bots can take over the associated next step of further communication between job seekers and employers. Looking at this and other similar examples of the application of advanced technology techniques to the recruitment world, it seems that organizations are all-set to attract the 21st century talent in the most techno-friendly way!
